Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Manager who can manage end-to-end social media activities along with Online Reputation Management (ORM). The ideal candidate should be skilled in content planning, publishing, engagement, and maintaining a positive brand image across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management
  • Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice aligned with B2B communication
  • Monitor brand mentions, reviews, and conversations across platforms
  • Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle negative feedback, complaints, and crisis situations effectively
  • Build and maintain a positive brand image online
  • Track KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, and follower growth
  • Prepare monthly performance reports
  • Suggest improvements based on data insights .

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in Social Media Management (B2B preferred)
  • Strong understanding of ORM and crisis management
  • Hands-on experience with scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and lead generation strategies
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Basic knowledge of social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
  • Ability to handle crisis situations online
