We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Manager who can manage end-to-end social media activities along with Online Reputation Management (ORM). The ideal candidate should be skilled in content planning, publishing, engagement, and maintaining a positive brand image across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
- Maintain a consistent brand voice aligned with B2B communication
- Monitor brand mentions, reviews, and conversations across platforms
- Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
- Handle negative feedback, complaints, and crisis situations effectively
- Build and maintain a positive brand image online
- Track KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, and follower growth
- Prepare monthly performance reports
- Suggest improvements based on data insights .
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Social Media Management (B2B preferred)
- Strong understanding of ORM and crisis management
- Hands-on experience with scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
- Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and lead generation strategies
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Good communication and writing skills
- Basic knowledge of social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Ability to handle crisis situations online
