Studio Corelands is looking for a highly skilled and performance-driven Senior Social Media Marketing Manager who can lead, execute, and scale our digital presence across platforms. Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Plan, execute, and manage content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals
Oversee content creation including reels, posts, carousels, and stories
Manage community engagement, comments, DMs, and brand interactions
Performance Marketing
Plan and run high-converting ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads
Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, and ROI
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and copies
Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights
Strategy & Growth
Build and execute growth strategies for brand awareness and lead generation
Identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities in the market
Align social media efforts with overall business and marketing goals
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
Continuously improve strategies based on data insights
Team Collaboration
Work closely with designers, content creators, and marketing team
Guide junior team members when required
Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity
Requirements
4–5 years of proven experience in social media marketing and performance marketing
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
Deep understanding of audience targeting, funnels, and conversion strategies
Experience managing multiple accounts or brands simultaneously
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
Excellent communication and content planning skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in branding agencies or creative studios
Knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
Basic understanding of design and content aesthetics
Ability to think both creatively and strategically
