ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for acreative, proactive, and strategy-driven Social Media Managerwithminimum 2 years of experiencemanaging social media forB2C brands. This role is perfect for someone who understands trends, loves content creation, enjoys being on Instagram, and can independently manage client accounts end-to-end.
You will be responsible for planning content, visiting client locations for shoots, and ensuring the brand's social presence grows consistently across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities1. Content Strategy & Planning- Develop monthly social media content calendars for B2C clients.
- Plan campaigns, moment marketing posts, reels, and storytelling-based content.
- Understand brand tone, audience behavior, and platform-specific trends.
2. Content Creation & On-Ground Shoots- Visit client outlets, stores, events, and locations toplan & generate content.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and internal creative teams.
- Ideate reels, UGC-style content, product showcase videos, and brand stories.
3. Social Media Management- Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and monitoring.
- Engage with the audience through comments, DMs, reposts, and community building.
- Optimize content using insights, analytics, and competitor tracking.
4. Instagram-First Thinking- Should beactive on Instagrampersonally; good understanding of Reels, trends, audio use, camera presence (bonus), and editing basics.
- Ability to script, act, or guide influencers/clients for reel shoots is a plus.
5. Performance & Reporting- Track and analyze platform metrics to improve performance.
- Share monthly performance reports and insights with internal teams & clients.
6. Client Communication- Take briefs, explain ideas, coordinate approvals, and maintain smooth communication with clients.
- Proactively suggest new concepts and ways to improve brand engagement.
Required Skills & Experience- 2+ years experiencemanaging social media forB2C brands(mandatory).
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with Reels creation, scripts, and content direction.
- Ability to ideate and execute on-ground shoots.
- Strong communication and copywriting ability.
- Ability to work with designers, editors, and production teams.
- Basic knowledge of tools: Canva, Meta Business Suite, Notion/Sheets, etc.
Nice-to-Have Skills- Video editing (basic level).
- Understanding of paid ads.
- Personal Instagram profile with aesthetic content.
- Creative writing/storytelling skills.
- Experience working with influencers.
