Social Media Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Noida. The Social Media Manager will plan and execute social media strategies across platforms, manage content calendars, and oversee daily posting to build brand visibility and engagement. Responsibilities include optimizing social media profiles, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting campaigns for improved reach, interaction, and conversions. The role involves close collaboration with creative, content, and strategy teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with broader marketing goals. The Social Media Manager will also engage with online communities, respond to audience interactions, and stay updated on trends, platform features, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
• Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy tailored to different audiences and channels.
• Clear and professional Communication skills, including collaboration with internal teams and engagement with online communities.
• Proficient Writing skills for creating compelling posts, captions, and short-form content aligned with brand voice.
• Experience using social media analytics tools to track performance, generate insights, and refine campaigns.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, paid social campaigns, and basic SEO principles is beneficial.
• Demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
