Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to build brand awareness and drive engagement. Responsibilities include managing content creation, optimizing social media platforms, tracking campaign performance, and collaborating with team members to achieve business objectives. The role also involves writing optimized content and staying up-to-date with emerging trends in social media marketing.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and draw actionable insights
• Familiarity with social media tools and platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in creative campaigns for varied industries is a plus
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Natural self-starter and able to work within a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills to work cross-teams, creative thinker, and team player.
