WE'RE HIRING | SOCIAL MEDIA ASSOCIATE
Mumbai Central | Work From Office
Experience: 1–2 Years | Monday–Friday | 10 AM–6 PM
If you can take a brief, turn it into a good idea, create the content, publish it, run a campaign and track what worked — we want to meet you.
SilverSpun Brand Solutions is looking for a hands-on, creative and independent Social Media Associate who can take ownership of social media execution for our clients.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Manage day-to-day social media for client accounts
• Plan and execute content calendars
• Write engaging captions and social media copy
• Ideate content for posts, reels and stories
• Create social media creatives using Canva
• Use AI tools for content creation, editing and ideation
• Do basic video editing for reels, stories and short-form content
• Create and manage content for LinkedIn
• Research trends, formats, hashtags and content opportunities
• Set up and manage social 99media ad campaigns
• Have a basic understanding of performance marketing and paid social
• Monitor campaigns and make basic optimisations
• Track organic + paid performance and prepare basic reports
• Coordinate with clients and the creative team
• Take ownership from brief → execution → publishing → reporting
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
1–2 years of social media experience
Agency experience preferred
Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and other social platforms
Good Canva skills
Familiarity with AI editing and content creation tools
Basic video editing skills
Knowledge of social media advertising and performance marketing
Ability to run and monitor basic social media ad campaigns
Good writing and communication skills
Creative, proactive and organised
Comfortable working independently
