Role Overview

We're seeking a passionate Social Media Manager who can strategize, grow, and manage social media profiles with measurable results. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience OR solid case studies showing page growth, community engagement, or increased conversions on social platforms.

This role works remotely and on a US shift schedule, collaborating closely with the content and creative team to help Scaler Studios and its clients scale their social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

Develop social media strategies aligned with brand goals.

Create monthly content calendars for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.

Identify opportunities for growth and engagement.

Content Management

Publish and schedule posts (static, carousels, reels, shorts, stories).

Collaborate with designers and video editors to ensure content quality.

Tailor content for different platforms and audience preferences.

Community & Engagement

Engage with followers, reply to comments and DMs.

Build community engagement and moderate conversations.

Monitor and respond to audience feedback.

Analytics & Reporting

Track performance metrics (growth, engagement, reach, conversions).

Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports.

Use insights to optimize future content strategy.

Growth Initiatives

Implement audience growth tactics (hashtags, collaborations, trends).

Use competitor insights and trend analysis for strategy refinement.

Run mini campaigns & content experiments to drive results.

Requirements

1 Year of Experience managing social media or

Strong Portfolio / Case Studies showing measurable results (follower growth, engagement increase, viral reels, conversions, etc.)

Strong knowledge of social platforms (IG, FB, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

Understanding of social analytics and reporting

Excellent communication and content writing skills

Ability to work in US shift timing and collaborate with remote teams

Proactive, creative, and datadriven mindset

Bonus Skills

Experience with social ads (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

Basic graphic design skills (Canva / Figma)

Knowledge of trending formats and platform algorithms
