This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager, based in Varanasi. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company's social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and expand our digital reach. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating compelling content, managing multiple social media platforms, optimizing posts for visibility, developing content strategies, and analyzing performance metrics to guide future strategies.

• Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Communication and Writing
• Experience in creating effective Content Strategies
• Knowledge of social media trends, tools, and analytics
• Ability to engage audiences and foster online community growth
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in a social media management role is an advantage
• Strong organizational and time management skills
