Social Media Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a Social Media Manager who can make Sapience Automata impossible to ignore.

You'll own our social presence across LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant platforms—from strategy and content planning to publishing, community and performance.

What you'll Do

• Build and execute the social media strategy.
• Create monthly content calendars and campaign ideas.
• Turn products, technology, customer stories and company milestones into engaging content.
• Write briefs and work with designers, video creators and the internal team.
• Manage publishing, community engagement and daily social operations.
• Track performance and continuously improve content based on data.
• Stay on top of formats, trends and conversations relevant to technology, automotive and road safety.

What we're looking for

• 2–5 years of social media experience, preferably in B2B, tech, automotive or startups.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Excellent content instincts and platform-native thinking.
• Good copywriting skills.
• Strong execution and attention to detail.
• Someone who follows the internet, not just social media dashboards.

You should be able to take an idea from we should post this to a published, high-quality piece of content.
