This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Coimbatore. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engage with the target audience. Day-to-day responsibilities include content creation, managing social media accounts, optimizing posts, and monitoring performance. The role will also involve designing and executing campaigns tailored to the company's values and audience.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques.
• Strong Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and brand-aligned content.
• Experience in Content Strategy development and execution.
• Understanding of social media trends and the ability to analyze performance data for insights.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with organic and sustainable product marketing is a plus.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
