Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Mohali district. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and executing all social media-related tasks, including planning and implementing social media strategies, content creation, social media optimization (SMO), and engagement with online audiences. Responsibilities also include analyzing social media performance metrics and reporting on campaign success while keeping up with emerging social media trends and platform updates.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Writing and Communication skills
• Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategies for various platforms
• Proficiency in measuring and analyzing social media performance through tools and metrics
• Creative thinking and ability to produce engaging content
• Experience with social media management tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
