We work across social media, branding, content production, influencer marketing, and digital campaigns, collaborating closely with clients to bring ideas to life.

About the role: We're looking for a creative, organised, and hands-on Social Media Manager to manage client accounts, lead campaigns from ideation to execution, and coordinate our internal creative team.

Key responsibilities

• Social media and campaign management: Develop strategies, content calendars, and campaign concepts; oversee content production, shoots, influencer collaborations, publishing, and community engagement.
• Client servicing: Manage day-to-day relationships, present ideas, handle feedback and approvals, and ensure alignment on objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Team management and collaboration: Brief and coordinate designers, writers, editors, and creators; allocate tasks, review output, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Performance and optimisation: Track results, prepare reports, and use audience insights, trends, and platform updates to improve content and campaigns.

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years of social media experience on the brand side or at a digital marketing agency.
• Demonstrated ownership of accounts and campaigns from ideation through execution.
• Strong communication, writing, presentation, and client management skills.
• Experience managing team workflows and multiple accounts or deadlines.
• A solid understanding of social platforms, analytics, influencer marketing, and paid social coordination.
• A proactive approach, creative judgment, and attention to detail.
