Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for building brand presence, driving engagement, and managing online communities across multiple social media platforms for client brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Threads, and Pinterest
- Monitor audience interactions and respond to comments/messages promptly
- Track social media performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates
- Collaborate with Graphic Designers and Video Editors for content creation
- Coordinate paid social campaigns with the PPC team
- Conduct competitor analysis and audience research to improve performance
Key Performance Indicators
- Monthly follower growth
- Engagement rate per post
- Reach and impressions
- Response time to audience queries
- Timely execution of content calendars
Required Skills & Tools
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
- Basic graphic designing knowledge using Canva or Adobe Express
- Understanding of analytics and social media insights tools
- Strong understanding of platform-specific content strategies
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field preferred
- Prior agency experience will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
