Role & Requirements:
- 4–8 years of experience in Social Media Management and content creation in Real Estate is required
- Lead the content strategy and oversee monthly content calendars across multiple business verticals.
- Create compelling social media copy, campaign concepts, carousel content, and short-form video/reel scripts.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, product teams, and leadership to deliver high-quality content.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytical tools.
- Ability to create engaging content and campaigns that drive results.
- Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and social media trends.
- Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the social media team by setting clear goals, reviewing performance
- Establish scalable workflows, content governance, and quality standards to ensure timely and consistent execution across all social channels.
- Experience managing teams and collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
