Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Patiala. The Social Media Manager will oversee the creation, execution, and management of social media strategies to elevate brand visibility. Responsibilities include developing content calendars, creating and scheduling posts, optimizing social media profiles, analyzing performance metrics, and engaging with online communities to foster meaningful interactions. The role also requires close collaboration with the design and marketing teams to align social media content with the company's vision.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
• Strong skills in Communication and Writing to engage various audiences effectively
• Proficiency in creating and implementing Content Strategy tailored to brand identity
• Experience with analytics tools for social media performance tracking and reporting
• Creative thinking and an eye for design are highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
