Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented full-time professional to manage financial operations and HR processes for Radha.

Qualifications

Oversee accounting, GST, taxation, and budgeting

Manage payroll, vendor payments, and compliance

Handle recruitment coordination and employee documentation

Maintain financial reporting and forecasting

Requirements:

Background in finance/accounting (MBA Finance preferred)

Experience in HR operations

Strong compliance and organizational skills
