We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage ourcsocial media presence, execute content strategies, and build a strong online community. Thecideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content posting, webinar hosting,ccalendar planning, and driving brand visibility and follower growth.

Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management:
    • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all channels
  • Content Posting & Scheduling:
    • Execute daily/weekly posting schedules
    • Optimize posts for engagement and reach
  • Social Media Calendar:
    • Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar
    • Align content with marketing campaigns, events, and brand goals
  • Webinar Hosting:
    • Plan, coordinate, and host webinars or live sessions
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external speakers
    • Promote webinars across platforms to maximize attendance
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain records of campaigns, content plans, and performance reports
    • Analyze social media metrics and provide actionable insights
  • Community Building:
    • Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages promptly
    • Build and nurture an active online community
    • Monitor feedback and maintain positive brand interactions
  • Growth & Brand Visibility:
    • Implement strategies to increase followers and engagement
    • Improve brand awareness and online presence
    • Stay updated with social media trends and competitor activities
Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 0–3 years of experience in social media management
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with webinar tools and hosting
  • Ability to plan and manage content calendars
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights, etc.)
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
