We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager who will also be the face of our brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Presenter (On-Camera Face)
- Host Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social content explaining real estate hacks, offers, and TogetherBuying's USP.
- Be the relatable, trustworthy face of our brand (like brand anchors).
- Batch-shoot 4-5 reels weekly, in engaging and trending formats.
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Create, plan, and execute a monthly content calendar (Reels, Carousels, Stories, Live).
- Study competitor strategies (proptech, fintech influencers, other brands) and innovate with fresh hooks.
- Grow Instagram followers, engagement, and community through consistent experimentation.
- Track analytics, optimise for reach & conversions, and prepare monthly growth reports.
Influencer & Collaboration Management
- Identify and collaborate with micro and niche influencers (finance, lifestyle, real estate, NCR-local).
- Lead barter deals and low-cost collaborations to maximize ROI.
- Script collab content, negotiate deliverables, and track performance.
- Build long-term partnerships with creators to amplify reach.
Requirements
- Confident, energetic, and natural on-camera presence.
- 1–3 years of social media management / influencer marketing experience.
- Strong grasp of Instagram growth strategies, hooks, trends, and analytics.
- Creative thinker who can study + innovate rather than just copy competitors.
- Experience handling influencer outreach & negotiations (barter + paid).
- Excellent communication in English & Hindi.
Team Building & Intern Management
- Hire and mentor interns or junior creators to scale content production.
- Delegate tasks like editing, design, scheduling, and outreach while maintaining quality.
- Build a small but efficient social media/content team for faster execution.
