Social Media Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage our company's online presence across various social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter (X)
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.)
• Plan monthly content calendars
• Run paid ad campaigns and monitor performance
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Increase followers, engagement rate, and brand visibility
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for content creation
• Monitor trends, competitors, and audience preferences
• Handle social media queries and community management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in social media management
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads (basic), and analytics tools
• Good understanding of content marketing and branding
• Creative mindset with strong copywriting skills
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is a plus
• Strong communication and analytical skills
