social media manager to lead our social media strategies and email marketing initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
- Manage WhatsApp marketing strategies for customer engagement and lead generation.
- Lead and optimise email marketing campaigns, ensuring effective communication with our audience and improving open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Oversee daily social media operations, ensuring content is consistent with the brand's voice, tone, and style.
- Analyse and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and strategies for improvement.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging and relevant content that aligns with business objectives.
- Handle and guide a dynamic team, providing leadership and mentorship to ensure smooth execution of all digital marketing activities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and fintech to ensure strategies remain innovative and effective.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content across platforms.
- Collaborate with other departments to create campaigns that reflect company initiatives and offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably in the fintech industry.
- Strong proficiency in email marketing, YouTube channels and WhatsApp marketing.
- Expertise in social media optimisation and content strategies for various platforms.
- Proven experience in team handling and managing a team of digital marketers or content creators.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills to track and measure campaign success and suggest improvements.
- In-depth knowledge of tools and platforms for social media scheduling, email marketing, and performance analytics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
