About the Role

This is an entry-level position — we're looking for a determined, driven fresher who wants to build a career in social media and digital marketing. No prior professional experience is required; what matters is genuine interest in social media, a strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule content across all social media
• Write engaging captions and research relevant hashtags and trends
• Manage day-to-day community engagement — comments, DMs, and follower interaction
• Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and share simple reports
• Coordinate with the design and video team to brief content needs
• Stay on top of trending formats, reels, and conversations in the health/wellness space
• Support influencer and collaboration outreach

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply — 0–1 years of experience
• Genuine interest in and understanding of Instagram/Facebook as platforms
• Good written communication skills (English required; Gujarati/Hindi a plus)
• Basic familiarity with Canva or similar tools is a plus, not mandatory
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into the role
• Willingness to work on-site full-time
