Job Overview:
We're looking for a team member to manage daily operations & production at Paper-it. This includes handling order processing via Shopify, coordinating production from sampling to final dispatch, maintaining inventory, and supporting product development. A strong understanding of paper, printing processes, and an interest in new product innovation is essential.
What you'll do:
– Plan & post content (stories, reels, posts)
– Build campaigns and grow the brand online
– Shoot & edit regularly (for website & Instagram)
– Create AI-generated reels and product photos
– Track performance & trends
– Work with the design team
– Create well-designed creatives for our feed
What we need:
– 1–2 years of experience
– Strong understanding of Instagram trends
– Good aesthetic sense & creative thinking for designing stories, posts, and product mockups
– Familiarity with Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Canva
– Ability to create AI-generated photos and reels using our products
– Skills in editing apps like InShot, CapCut, etc.
– Strong copywriting & communication skills
