PPC Guru is a performance marketing agency helping brands grow through paid ads, creative content, SEO, and websites. We're looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the organic growth of our clients social media accounts.

You'll own the process from strategy to results: deciding what content to create, guiding our graphic designers and video editors, managing the calendar, and improving performance over time.

What you'll do

• Build organic growth plans for Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Plan content calendars, choose topics and formats, and write clear creative briefs.
• Direct designers and video editors, review their work, and keep content on schedule.
• Manage publishing, captions, and community engagement.
• Track results and improve the strategy each month.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Manage multiple client accounts and communicate plans and results clearly.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of hands-on social media management experience.
• Examples of accounts you've grown organically, with results you can explain.
• Strong understanding of Instagram content, including Reels, carousels, Stories, and audience engagement.
• Good judgment about what content fits each brand and platform.
• Experience coordinating designers and video editors.
• Ability to manage social media work independently, from planning to reporting.
