Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Bhilai. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing the company's social media platforms, developing content strategies, overseeing social media marketing campaigns, and optimizing posts for enhanced engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities will include creating and curating content, monitoring social media analytics, interacting with the community, and ensuring consistent branding and tone across platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Proficiency in creating effective Content Strategies and writing engaging content
• Excellent Communication skills for both internal teamwork and engaging with online audiences
• Understanding of analytics tools and social media trends
• Background in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in managing social media accounts for brands or organizations is a plus
