Conflkt Magazine is seeking a full-time Social Media Manager/Operation Head based in Hyderabad. In this on-site role, you will manage the magazine's social media platforms, develop and execute social media strategies, optimize content for maximum visibility, and ensure the publication's voice resonates with its audience. Responsibilities also include crafting engaging posts, monitoring analytics, coordinating with content creators, and overseeing day-to-day operations to enhance publication performance and audience engagement.

• Proven skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to enhance audience reach and engagement
• Strong Communication and flawless Writing skills for crafting compelling and creative content
• Experience in developing and executing impactful Content Strategy
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to oversee operations and team coordination
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and creative environment
• Experience in a publishing or media-related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred
