Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Chandigarh. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and optimizing online presence on various platforms. They will manage all aspects of social media campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with team members to align social media efforts with overarching marketing goals. Consistent interaction with followers, staying updated on trends, and contributing to overall brand success are crucial aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and Content Strategy
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Proficiency in analyzing social media performance metrics and making data-driven decisions
• Ability to stay updated on social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly
• Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple platforms and campaigns
• Familiarity with event marketing and management is a plus
• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
