The Role

We're looking for a Social Media Manager who can confidently handle client communication, translate briefs into strong content ideas, and work closely with internal creative teams to bring those ideas to life.

This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role, perfect for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution.

What You'll Do

• Be the primary point of contact for clients on social media accounts
• Understand client goals, brand tone, and requirements
• Conceptualize content ideas and campaigns aligned with client objectives
• Present concepts to clients and incorporate feedback
• Coordinate with internal graphic designers & video editors to produce assets
• Create and manage monthly content calendars
• Handle client approvals and ensure timely posting across platforms
• Monitor performance and trends to continuously improve content
• Prepare monthly performance reports at the start of each month, showcasing:
• What was posted
• What worked (and why)
• Key metrics & insights

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies
• Strong communication & client-handling skills
• Ability to think in concepts, not just posts
• Good understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (bonus if you know others)
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple accounts
• Experience working with creative teams (design/video)
• Basic understanding of social media analytics & reporting
