About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to drive distribution, visibility, and growth for People Who Matter across all social media handles.

This role is critical to building the platform's reach and influence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute content across all social platforms
• Convert each article into multiple formats (posts, reels, snippets)
• Coordinate with featured individuals and teams for reposts and amplification
• Track performance and optimize content strategy
• Maintain a structured and consistent content calendar

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of all social media ecosystems
• Ability to write engaging captions and hooks
• Experience managing content-led or brand-led pages
