Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Surat. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels, aligned with the brand voice and marketing objectives. Responsibilities include managing the social media calendar, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring comments and messages, and nurturing an active online community. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics, preparing regular reports, coordinating with internal teams (sales, marketing, showroom operations) for campaign inputs, and collaborating with creative and media partners where needed. The Social Media Manager will stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to continuously improve social media presence and support lead generation and brand awareness goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand pages and campaigns.
  • Effective Communication and Writing skills, including the ability to craft clear, engaging captions, posts, and responses.
  • Ability to develop and execute Content Strategy tailored to different platforms and audience segments.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics) and basic reporting.
  • Familiarity with visual content creation or coordination (basic design tools, briefing designers, understanding of creatives and short-form video).
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Prior experience in automotive, retail, or consumer-facing industries is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
