Salary: 20,000 – 35,000 per month (based on skills and experience)

Eligibility & Requirements

* Languages: Professional fluency in Telugu, Hindi and English.

* Hyderabad Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of Hyderabad's local culture, audience preferences, entertainment industry and regional trends.

* Educational Qualification: Degree in Mass Communication or a related field.

* Social Media Expertise: Strong understanding of social media platforms, Instagram Reels, emerging trends and digital content strategies.

* Meta Ads Expertise (Mandatory): Hands-on experience creating, managing, optimising and analysing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.

* Tollywood Knowledge: Good knowledge of Telugu cinema, Tollywood celebrities, film industry trends, movie promotions and entertainment-related social media content.

* Communication & Creativity: Excellent communication, creative thinking, storytelling and content planning skills.

* Performance Tracking: Ability to manage social media accounts, coordinate content creation, analyse campaign performance and develop strategies to improve reach and engagement.

What We're Looking For

A creative, trend-savvy and results-driven professional with strong knowledge of Hyderabad's local culture, audience preferences, Tollywood, Telugu cinema and entertainment trends.

The candidate must have hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, including creating, managing, optimising and analysing paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should be capable of growing brand visibility, developing engaging content strategies and driving measurable results through organic and paid marketing.
