What you'll own:
- Build and grow our social presence across Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms
- Define the brand's visual language, tone of voice, and content systems from scratch
- Create and ship content every week — reels, carousels, BTS, tutorials, trend-led formats
- Spot beauty + culture trends early and execute while they're still hot
- Lead end-to-end content creation — from ideation → shoot → edit → publish
- Work on launch campaigns, product videos, and photoshoots with internal teams and external creators
- Coordinate across marketing, product, and influencer teams to bring campaigns to life
- Own community — DMs, comments, replies (the unglamorous work that actually builds love)
What we're looking for:
- 6-7 years building social for a consumer brand (beauty/fashion/lifestyle preferred)
- Proven experience growing an account from 0 → meaningful scale (show us numbers + work)
- Strong aesthetic sense — you can instantly tell what looks premium vs average (and fix it)
- Ability to conceptualise and execute shoots, launch videos, and visual storytelling
- Hands-on with shooting and editing (CapCut / Premiere tools)
- Comfortable being on camera when needed
- Deep understanding of Instagram & YouTube content behaviour
- You think in hooks, formats, and storytelling — not just posts
- High ownership — you don't wait for briefs, you create them
