Job description:

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Social Media Manager to be deployed at the client's office. The candidate will act as a strategic bridge between the client and our agency, ensuring smooth execution of digital marketing activities, effective communication, and achievement of business objectives through social media, GMB optimization, AI-powered SEO, and digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities Social Media Management

  • Manage and oversee the client's social media presence across all relevant platforms.
  • Create, schedule, publish, and monitor social media content.
  • Track performance metrics and generate periodic reports.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

Content Planning & Strategy

  • Develop monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with business goals.
  • Plan campaigns, promotions, events, and seasonal content.
  • Coordinate content requirements with internal creative teams.

Google Business Profile (GMB) Management

  • Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles.
  • Regularly update business information, posts, offers, products, and services.
  • Monitor reviews and reputation management activities.
  • Implement local SEO strategies to improve visibility and rankings.

AI SEO Management

  • Execute AI-driven SEO strategies for local and organic growth.
  • Perform keyword research and content optimization.
  • Monitor website and local search performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve search visibility using AI tools and automation.

Paid Advertising Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and budget utilization.
  • Generate reports and recommendations for performance improvement.

Team Coordination

  • Coordinate daily activities with:
  • Video Editors
  • Graphic Designers
  • Content Creators
  • Social Media Executives
  • Ensure timely delivery of creative assets and campaign requirements.
  • Maintain workflow efficiency between client requirements and agency execution.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the agency.
  • Gather requirements, feedback, approvals, and campaign objectives from the client.
  • Communicate project updates and progress regularly.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Analyze social media, SEO, GMB, and ad campaign data.
  • Present insights and recommendations to clients and management.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing.
  • Experience in Google Business Profile (GMB) optimization.
  • Knowledge of SEO and AI-powered SEO tools.
  • Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Excellent communication and client handling skills.
  • Strong project coordination and team management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with reporting and data interpretation skills.
  • Ability to work independently at client locations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management and Digital Marketing.
  • Experience in agency-client coordination will be preferred.
