Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Social Media Manager to join our team on-site at our Kolkata location. The Social Media Manager will oversee daily operations for managing social media accounts, develop and implement innovative content strategies, optimize social media platforms, and track performance metrics. This role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating engaging content, and ensuring consistent communication across various digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in creating and implementing impactful Content Strategies
• Knowledge of data analytics and tools to measure social media performance
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing
• Relevant educational background in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
