We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our brand presence across digital platforms, drive audience engagement, and support business growth through impactful social media initiatives.
Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that strengthen brand awareness, increase engagement, generate qualified leads, and position Makunai Global as a thought leader in the SaaS and business automation space.
The ideal candidate should have experience managing social media for technology, SaaS, or B2B brands, with a strong understanding of content marketing, audience growth, personal branding, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Brand Growth
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Build and strengthen the company's digital presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and content formats that drive audience engagement and brand visibility.
- Create and maintain a consistent brand voice across all social channels.
Content Planning & Execution
- Develop monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns, events, and business goals.
- Create engaging content including posts, carousels, reels, videos, case studies, infographics, and thought leadership content.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, product teams, and leadership to produce high-quality content.
- Write compelling captions, social media copy, and campaign messaging.
Personal Branding & Thought Leadership
- Manage and grow the social presence of founders and key leadership team members.
- Develop thought leadership content focused on SaaS, AI, CRM, customer engagement, and business automation.
- Identify opportunities for industry participation, collaborations, and community engagement.
Community Engagement & Reputation Management
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions across platforms.
- Engage with followers, prospects, customers, and industry influencers.
- Respond to inquiries and coordinate with relevant teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain a positive and professional brand image online.
Campaign Management & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to support demand generation, product awareness, webinars, events, and marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to generate and nurture leads through social channels.
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns through social media.
Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Monitor key social media metrics including reach, engagement, impressions, audience growth, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Optimize content strategy and campaign performance based on data and audience behavior.
- Stay updated with algorithm changes, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content marketing.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other major social platforms.
- Excellent content writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Experience with social media scheduling, analytics, and reporting tools.
- Understanding of content marketing, branding, and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with SaaS, technology, B2B, or startup organizations.
- Familiarity with AI tools, content automation platforms, and marketing technologies.
