Hiring: Social Media Manager for Kritika Khurana (That Boho Girl)

We're looking for a proactive and creative Manager to join our team and work closely with Kritika Khurana on a variety of personal and branded content projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves fashion and content creation, and is highly organized.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Scripting: Develop and manage scripts for both branded and personal content across platforms.

- Shoot Coordination: Align and manage shoot schedules (sponsored and personal), ensuring smooth execution.

- Creative Brainstorming: Ideate and pitch out-of-the-box concepts for content creation that align with Kritika's brand.

- Engagement Management: Maintain and enhance engagement on Kritika Khurana's social media platforms.

- Design Skills: Use Canva to create aesthetic carousels, brand decks, and other visuals. Basic editing knowledge is a must.

- YouTube Support: Handle YouTube uploads including title, description, and thumbnail editing options.

- On-Ground Assistance: Be available to assist Kritika during shoots, events, and collaborations.

- Studio Visits: Must be willing to travel 5 days a week to the studio located in Gurgaon.

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of content trends, aesthetics, and digital branding.

- Familiarity with Canva and basic video/photo editing tools.

- Experience in content creation, coordination, or brand management preferred.

- Must be Gurgaon/Delhi-based or willing to relocate.

- Proactive attitude, excellent communication, and a passion for the influencer/content space.
