Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager with a strong focus on YouTube to manage and grow our digital presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in YouTube content strategy, audience growth, SEO, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the YouTube channel and other social media platforms.
• Develop and execute YouTube-focused content strategies and content calendars.
• Plan video topics based on trends, audience interests, and keyword research.
• Coordinate with Content Writers, Video Editors, Graphic Designers and Faculty for content creation.
• Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails and keywords.
• Monitor YouTube Analytics, CTR, watch time, retention and engagement.
• Plan and manage YouTube Shorts, Live Sessions and Community Posts.
• Create engaging captions, posts and promotional content for social media.
• Track competitors, trends and emerging content opportunities.
• Prepare regular social media and YouTube performance reports.
• Develop strategies to increase reach, engagement, subscribers and overall audience growth.
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management / YouTube Management.
• Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and YouTube Analytics.
• Good knowledge of Content Planning & Social Media Strategy.
• Strong understanding of audience engagement and growth.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in Education/EdTech or Defence-related content will be an added advantage.
