Role: Social Media & Content Engagement Specialist
Core Responsibilities
- Build and run a rolling content calendar (12 weeks planned, 4 weeks locked).
- Record and edit interviews (Zoom/StreamYard/Riverside) with members and SAPs; produce 3090s clips.
- Create WhatsApp-ready snippets with captions, hooks, and call-to-action prompts.
- Package member-to-member intros (e.g., Need a $35M services CFO Talk to ___).
- Produce SAP activation content: offers, use-cases, member case studies.
- Own channel distribution: WhatsApp, LinkedIn (personal + page), newsletter inserts, event pages.
- Track and report simple KPIs (see below) and iterate based on what performs.
Must-Have Skills
- Short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or Descript) + social copywriting.
- Interviewer mindset: can pull crisp stories and teachable moments from entrepreneurs.
- Strong understanding of entrepreneur pain points (time, team, cash, growth, exits).
- Organized, async-friendly, and comfortable working overseas hours if needed.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with entrepreneur communities (EO/YPO/Vistage).
- Basic design chops (Canva) and repurposing long-form short clips/carousels.
