Role Description
The Social Media Manager will oversee the creation and execution of social media strategies that align with Legal Factory's mission and goals. This full-time, on-site role is based in Ajmer. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day social media activities, crafting and curating engaging content, optimizing profiles for growth, monitoring analytics, and fostering audience engagement to build a strong online presence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to enhance online reach and engagement.
- Exceptional Communication and Writing skills to craft compelling messages and address audience needs effectively.
- Experience in creating and implementing impactful Content Strategies for social platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to track performance, interpret social media metrics, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Familiarity with social media tools and new trends in digital marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in managing social media accounts for businesses is an advantage.
