Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Social Media Manager role located in Delhi, India. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing content creation, and overseeing social media accounts to increase brand awareness and engagement. Key tasks include creating and scheduling posts, analyzing performance metrics, running targeted campaigns, and staying updated on social media trends to ensure innovative and impactful communication.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Management, including planning, executing, and analyzing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Content Creation and Writing skills, including the ability to craft engaging posts, captions, and visual storytelling that aligns with brand identity.
• Experience with Analytics and Performance Metrics to evaluate campaign success and optimize strategies effectively.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Branding to drive audience engagement and expand follower reach.
• Strong Communication and Collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and operations.
• Creativity and Strategic Thinking to develop innovative social media initiatives that resonate with target audiences.
• Additional proficiency in graphic design or video editing tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in in any field, or related field experience preferred.
