About the Role
We're looking for a Social Media Manager who understands that social media is a business tool, not a hobby. If your idea of the job is posting pretty graphics and chasing likes, this is not for you.

Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
2. Create content calendars (no last-minute posting chaos)
3. Write clear, engaging captions that actually convert
4. Coordinate with designers/video editors (or create content yourself if required)
5. Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement
6. Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions)
7. Analyze what's working, what's not, and fix it
8. Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and algorithm shifts
9. Handle multiple brands/accounts without dropping the ball

Required Skills (Non-Negotiable)
1. Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses
2. Strong writing and communication skills (English + Hindi is a plus)
3. Understanding of content strategy, not just posting
4. Basic knowledge of analytics and insights
5. Ability to work independently without constant supervision
6. Consistency, discipline, and accountability
Paid ads experience
Basic graphic/video editing knowledge
Experience in (industry: PR / agency / startup / e-commerce, etc.)
