Social Media Manager

We're Hiring: Social Media Associate | KOSA

Location: Pune

Work Mode: Full-time

Office: 6days a week Sunday fixed weekoff

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7pm PM

KOSA is looking for a Social Media Manager who can turn ideas into compelling stories and help build a distinctive digital presence for our skin, beauty & wellbeing brand.

We're looking for someone who understands content, aesthetics, storytelling and social media, and can translate KOSA's brand vision into content that drives engagement, awareness and business growth.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business and marketing goals
• Plan and manage the editorial/content calendar
• Create, edit and publish written and visual content across social media and digital platforms
• Lead concepts and execution for photo and video shoots
• Capture and document daily content for stories and social media
• Collaborate with marketing, design and other teams
• Build and manage UGC initiatives and content contributors
• Conduct market research and turn insights into fresh content ideas
• Monitor content performance, web traffic and social media engagement
• Ensure content is brand-aligned, engaging, accurate and legally compliant
• Manage content deliverables and budgets when required

What we're looking for

• 1–2+ years of experience in content creation, content writing or social media
• Strong creative writing and visual storytelling skills
• Excellent aesthetic and design sensibility
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and new-age editorial practices
• Ability to manage timelines, briefs and multiple content projects
• Familiarity with Google Search Console, web analytics and content optimisation
• Background in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field is preferred
• Experience in skincare, beauty, wellness, fitness or lifestyle is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field

Remuneration: Negotiable based on experience.
