Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Puducherry. The Social Media Manager will oversee the planning, creation, and execution of social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Daily responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, optimizing posts for performance, and monitoring analytics to measure success. Additionally, the role requires staying updated with trends and collaborating with the creative team to align content with the brand's goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing and implementing effective Content Strategies
• Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements
• Understanding of digital marketing best practices and a creative mindset
• Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Previous experience in social media management is preferred
