Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all major platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with the online community.
• Optimize content based on analytics and performance metrics.
• Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, growth, and conversions, and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, sales) to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
• Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, best practices, and platform updates.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets, if applicable.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience (2+ years preferred) as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Experience in the fashion industry is a plus

Office Time- 10:00-7:00 PM

Working Days- 6 Days
