We're now looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and performance-focused **Social Media Manager / Strategist** to join our team in Nagpur.

What You'll Do

Social Media & Content Strategy

* Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X/Twitter

* Create engaging content plans and monthly content calendars

* Build brand storytelling that drives engagement, awareness, and conversions

* Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms

Content Creation

* Write compelling social media copy, blogs, website content, and landing pages

* Create content optimized for SEO and audience engagement

* Collaborate with design, performance marketing, and sales teams to deliver cohesive campaigns

* Stay updated with digital trends, platform algorithms, and audience behavior

Campaign & Platform Management

* Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on insights and analytics

* Conduct competitor and trend analysis across social platforms

* Coordinate with media and advertising partners for campaign execution

* Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and measure ROI

* Ensure website and digital platforms stay updated with new offerings and campaigns

What We're Looking For

* 4–5+ years of experience in social media/content marketing (agency experience preferred)

* Strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns and content work

* Excellent writing and communication skills

* Solid understanding of SEO, content strategy, and social media optimization

* Experience managing multiple brands or industries

* Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Bonus Points

* You run your own content page/channel

* You can work with motion graphics, basic VFX, or audio editing

* You know how to make brands feel authentic online — not overly corporate
