Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Indore. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing social media platforms, developing content strategies, planning and executing campaigns, and engaging with audiences. The role also involves driving social media initiatives to enhance brand presence, ensuring consistent content publishing, and monitoring analytics to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills for audience engagement and brand voice consistency
• Expertise in developing and executing Content Strategy for diverse platforms
• Proficiency in understanding social media analytics and metrics
• Ability to think creatively and strategically, staying updated with the latest social media trends
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Previous experience in managing campaigns for performance-driven agencies is a plus
