We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager who can plan, execute, and optimize content across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will manage content calendars, collaborate with creators and internal teams, track performance, and build strong influencer relationships to drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage and optimize all major social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others as required.
• Plan, manage, and execute content calendars and ensure timely publishing of posts, reels, and videos.
• Create short-form videos and UGC content; comfortable appearing on camera when required.
• Understand and optimize content formats such as Reels, Shorts, Stories, Carousels, Static Posts, Lives, and Long-form videos.
• Plan, manage, and maintain monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all social media platforms.
• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, trends, viral formats, and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with design, copywriting, video editing, and media buying teams for seamless execution of campaigns.
• Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments and DMs, and manage community interactions.
• Track campaign and social media performance including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
