Social Media Manager (Intern)

Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Gurugram for a Social Media Manager responsible for managing and growing social media accounts for Carve and its clients. The role involves content planning, trend research, social media management, content creation, publishing, and performance tracking across platforms. You will work directly with the founder and creative team to develop and execute content strategies. The role also requires being comfortable recording content on camera, including reels, talking-head videos, and UGC-style content for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Good understanding of social media trends, content formats and what drives engagement
• Comfortable speaking and recording content on camera
• Strong communication, writing and content research skills
• Ability to independently generate content ideas and execute content calendars
• Good understanding of short-form video and social media storytelling
• Experience with tools such as ChatGPT/Claude or other AI tools is a plus
• Strong ownership, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work closely with the founder, creative team and clients
