About The Opportunity

A fast-scaling D2C skincare & beauty e-commerce business operating in the Indian market, focused on product-led growth, creator-driven brand storytelling, and measurable performance marketing. We run on-site marketing teams that partner closely with product, creative, and commerce to convert high-intent audiences into loyal customers.

Primary title (standardized): Influencer Marketing Executive

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns for D2C skincare & beauty launchesstrategy, creator selection, creative briefs, timelines, and delivery.
  • Source, vet, negotiate and onboard creators across Instagram, YouTube and short-form platforms; manage contracts, usage rights, and campaign budgets.
  • Collaborate with brand and content teams to co-create high-converting creator-led assets and ensure brand safety and compliance.
  • Implement tracking (UTMs, affiliate/discount codes, pixel events) and measure campaign KPIsengagement, traffic, CAC, conversion rate, and LTV impact.
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B tests, pacing, and performance reviews; report insights and actionable recommendations to marketing leads.
  • Cultivate long-term creator relationships and scale creator commerce programs (affiliate, gifting, co-created product drops).

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing for D2C skincare, beauty, or personal care brands.
  • Hands-on experience with Instagram and YouTube creator ecosystems and content formats.
  • Practical use of Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics for campaign measurement and attribution.
  • Strong capability in creator partnership workflows and contract negotiation.
  • Comfort with campaign tracking tools and affiliate/discount code management.
  • On-site presence in India and ability to manage creator meet-ups and field activations.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with creator platforms such as CreatorIQ, GRIN or Upfluence.
  • Experience working with Shopify-based D2C commerce flows and app integrations.
  • Background in performance marketing or paid social optimization for direct-response campaigns.
