This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role located in Bhubaneswar. The Social Media Manager will develop and execute content strategies, oversee social media accounts, and create engaging and innovative campaigns to enhance audience engagement. Responsibilities include managing social media platforms, analyzing performance metrics, optimizing posts for visibility and reach, and collaborating with internal teams to align content with overall marketing objectives.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Content Strategy skills
• Ability to create compelling and engaging written content for multiple social media platforms
• Experience managing social media metrics, analytics tools, and reporting
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Proactive and creative mindset with strong organizational skills
• Experience working in an advertising or marketing agency is a plus
